The Concept

What I Built
Built a working prototype of the app in Replit as part of a team venture project, alongside customer discovery interviews, a lean canvas, and pricing strategy. Presented the concept and prototype during an investor pitch Q&A as part of a month-long university pre-accelerator (gALPHA).

The Pivot
Killed the original fertilizer-subscription angle after channel-incentive analysis showed it didn't hold up. That was a call made from the data rather than sunk-cost attachment to the idea.
